What to Expect During a Session
- Gentle Techniques: The massage involves light pressure, as about 75% of lymph fluid is located just below the skin. The strokes are slow and rhythmic to match the natural flow of lymph.
- Duration: A typical session lasts between one hour to one and a half hours, depending on individual needs.
- Comfort: The treatment should not be painful; if discomfort occurs, communicate with your therapist.
- Post-Treatment Effects: After the massage, some individuals may experience increased urination or mild fatigue as the body processes the increased lymph flow.

I am a certified Lymphedema Therapist with 10 years experience. My passion is helping individuals feel their best. Whether you are coming back from surgery, cancer treatment, or just overall wanting to improve health and wellness, lymphatic drainage is an ideal treatment. I am based out of Swedesboro NJ and I travel to you. I also offer virtual consultations.
I do not participate with insurance. My services are private pay. I can provide you a medical letter for you to submit to your insurance company upon request.
